SVEB/EUROLTA Language trainer

Lead training sessions for adults in the field of foreign languages.

For teachers of French, German, Italian, English or Spanish as a foreign language.

This course will allow you to acquire the methodical-didactic foundations to successfully plan, conduct and evaluate language courses.

You will learn to design varied course sequences adapted to the participants. You will attend practice-oriented presentations on topics such as planning and monitoring learning objectives, as well as the implementation of different methods. You will reflect on essential aspects of group dynamics and provide reflective feedback on your own behavior.

Thanks to the distribution of face-to-face and online course days (in the virtual classroom), you acquire both analogue and digital skills and, at the end of the course, you are able to teach in both settings in a manner varied and adapted to the participants.

Only with Flying Teachers: you teach 2 to 4 exercise lessons accompanied by “French as a foreign language” and can thus immediately implement, try and put into practice what you have learned. In order to gain practice online and in person, you will teach the first lesson in a virtual classroom with educational support on a given theme (FLE) and the second lesson in person on a linguistic theme of your choice. You will be observed and receive feedback from your colleagues and course leader - practical relevance from minute one!

  • Planning and preparation of exercise lessons and practical demonstration
  • 4 personal written projects
  • Written reflection on the personal learning process (learning journal)
