Budapest is served by direct flights from almost all European airports. From there it is possible to continue to Orosháza by train. For a surcharge, however, we will pick you up in Budapest, either by taxi or by minibus.
Orosháza is located southeast of Budapest, not far from the border with Romania and has good travel connections to Budapest. Our school is located in the rural area of Orosháza, only 15 minutes by bus from the centre. It is located in the immediate vicinity of a beautiful lake landscape, which invites you to walk and linger in nature. The historic building has friendly and bright rooms and is surrounded by a large courtyard and cozy garden. On the beautiful terrace our students can meet for a picnic lunch or a coffee break. The school in Orosháza has a modern infrastructure, the classrooms are equipped with PCs, light projector and whiteboard. Only 10 minutes walk from our school building is one of the most important spas in Hungary, Gyopárosfürdõ. Especially for children, but also for adventurous adults, the huge adventure pool stretching over 6000 m² offers so much. The complex, open all year round, awaits its guests with 7 baths, 2 giant slides, 8 different saunas, whirlpools and other wellness facilities. Bars, restaurants and beautiful moorings round off the programme.
Language camps for students
Our language and holiday camps for students are organised during the spring, summer and autumn holidays.
The afternoons are usually free and are available for various activities: football, hiking, tennis, cycling, fishing and horseback riding as well as riding lessons and visits to the nearby water park Gyopárosfürdõ. On request, a visit to the Orosháza Art Museum or a visit to a potter's workshop can be organised.
Language training & fun in Orosháza
Are you on the verge of an entrance examination, the Matura or do you have gaps in a language subject and you just want to learn as much as possible in a short time? Then visit our intensive language camp in Hungary and combine learning with fun. Language classes take place in the morning at our school in Orosháza. Depending on the requirements, courses are conducted in English, French or German. The afternoons are usually free and are available for various activities.
Riding camp in the Puszta
You dream of a great riding holiday ? In Orosháza you can ride over the endless expanses of the breathtakingly beautiful Puszta landscape. Only a few hours away from the metropolises of Europe, lies the «Great South Hungarian Plain», a fascinating stretch of land where real riding adventures are still possible far away from the roads and noise. Very close to our school in Orosháza is our riding stable, where you meet every morning. You help with the grooming and saddling of the horses and with the mucking out of the boxes. You will learn a lot about the horse and how to deal with it. Every morning you have one hour of riding lessons, either individually or in a small group.
Creative design for children and teenagers in Orosháza
Here, children and young people can joyfully broaden their horizons and discover their creative ability to express themselves independently of everyday school life. When painting, drawing and crafting together, artistic creativity is promoted in a playful way and joint artistic creation is put in the foreground. The afternoon is free for various activities.

Refresh your language skills in an intensive training session in the morning. Depending on the requirements, courses are conducted in English, French or German.
The afternoons are free and dedicated to relaxation. The nearby adventure and thermal bath Gyopárosfürdõ offers not only a varied spa landscape but also a rich wellness program, such as sauna, massages, electrotherapy, pedicure, etc.
There are many other ways to spend the afternoons: relax in our pretty garden or go for a walk to the nearby lake or for a short bike ride. You can also visit the Cultural Museum or one of the many beautiful churches or go shopping or strolling around Orosháza.
Creative week for seniors
During our "Creative Week" you can broaden your horizons and discover your creative expression, detached from everyday life. Under the guidance of our German-speaking teacher, you will dedicate yourself to painting, drawing and creative design for five days. On one of the mornings you will receive an introduction to Hungarian embroidery. If you want, you can also make potters and modeling, depending on your interest. Afternoons are free.
