Understanding grammar – German as a foreign language
This course assists (future) teachers to understand grammar for German as a foreign language and provides tips for teaching grammar in the teacher’s lessons.
Target
This course is excellent preparation for the SVEB/EUROLTA course instructor certificate and/or an opportunity to refresh your grammar knowledge in your own mother tongue and look at it from the perspective of a German learner.
Course content
The ability to convey grammar in an understandable way is often a challenge in language teaching. In this course, (future) teachers will learn to better understand German grammar themselves and to convey it in an understandable way in class.
Course suited to
Teachers who teach German as a foreign language or would like to teach it in the future.
Teachers who would like to better understand the German language system.
German language skills at level C1 and higher are required.
