TELC certificate examinations are standardised language examinations aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The examination at CEFR level B2 demonstrates advanced language skills and enables clear and differentiated communication on complex topics.
TELC certificates are internationally recognised and accepted by authorities, employers and educational institutions.
Flying Teachers is accredited as a TELC examination centre for this examination.
Exam format and length
The exam consists of a written and oral part. The Written Exam lasts 3 hours. Prior to the oral exam you have 10 minutes preparatory time. After Part 1 in the Oral Exam (anamnesis interview) another break of 5 mins is provided.

Listening: 40 mins
Reading: 50 mins
Building blocks: 20 mins
Pause: 20 mins
Written Expression: 60 mins
Oral Exam
Preparatory time: 15 mins
Usually together with one other participant (doctor): 45 mins
Certificates and test results
The results are available approximately 6–8 weeks after the examination. The TELC certificate is issued if at least 60% is achieved in both parts of the examination.
