TELC German B2 Profession
TELC certificate examinations are standardised language examinations aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The examination at CEFR level B2 demonstrates advanced language skills and enables clear and differentiated communication on complex topics.
TELC certificates are internationally recognised and accepted by authorities, employers and educational institutions.
Flying Teachers is accredited as a TELC examination centre for this examination.
Exam format and duration
The exam consists of a written and oral part. The written exam lasts 3 hrs. You have 20 minutes prep time before the oral exam.

Reading: 60 mins
Writing: 60 mins
Pause: 20 mins
Listening: 30 mins
Language elements: 30 mins
Oral exam
Prep time: 20 mins
Usually taken with one other candidate: 20 mins
Certificates and exam results
The results are available approximately 6–8 weeks after the examination. The TELC certificate is issued if at least 60% is achieved in both parts of the examination.

Individual examinations are available at an increased fee.
If fewer than two candidates participate, additional charges may apply for conducting a private examination; further information is available upon request.
