Remarks
Target group Support level 2:
The offerings at support level 2 are aimed at employed or partially employed adults in financially strained situations who want to improve their basic competencies. Many work in low-wage sectors and often do not hold a qualification recognized in Switzerland.
The target audience includes motivated individuals with clear learning goals who are willing to regularly attend a course in a fixed group. Common motivations include the threat of job loss or a desire for career change.
People within social welfare structures (e.g., RAV [regional employment centers], IV [disability insurance]) are not part of the primary target group but may participate voluntarily if no alternatives are available — provided spots are open. Specific programs are available for refugees within the framework of the Integration Agenda Zurich (IAZH).
