Our courses are designed for adults who wish to improve their reading and writing skills. We also offer courses in IT and Mathematics. Whether you need to build foundational skills for everyday life or fill gaps in your knowledge, we are here to support your learning journey.
Mathematics for adults
Many adults find even basic arithmetic and calculation challenging. However, a solid understanding of mathematics can be incredibly useful in everyday life. In our group courses, we will review key concepts you've learned in the past and introduce new, practical, and important elements of basic math.




Literacy
Adults who have completed basic schooling but still struggle with reading and writing face significant barriers in today’s fast-paced society. Overcoming these challenges and mastering literacy can be a demanding task. Our experienced teachers are here to support participants every step of the way, helping them succeed in reading and writing.
Flying Teachers offers literacy courses for German-speaking individuals, as well as specialised courses for those with limited or no experience with written language (primary illiteracy) or those unfamiliar with the Latin alphabet (secondary illiteracy).
Computer
PC User Course
This course is designed for individuals who feel challenged by the rapid technological and digital advancements in today’s society. You will learn how to work with a computer and use essential applications (Windows operating system). Topics covered include drafting and saving documents in Word, creating folder structures, navigating the internet, playing audio and video files, and uploading documents and multimedia data.
PC Advanced Course
This course is for adults who have already mastered the basics covered in the PC User Course and are ready to take their skills further. With the guidance of an experienced instructor, you will gain confidence and independence in using common Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enhance your internet skills.
ECDL-Base (European Computer Driving License)
The ECDL Certificate is widely recognised across Europe as a qualification confirming computer literacy. No prior computer knowledge is required. Through four modules—computer basics, online basics, word processing with Word, and spreadsheet calculations with Excel—you will gain the skills needed to use a computer confidently.




Job Applications – Ready for Your Next Job
Those with a clear job application strategy, the right documentation, and a confident approach are more likely to stand out in the job market. Therefore, it’s crucial to adopt an effective job search strategy and be well-prepared.
The goal of our course is to guide you professionally toward your new position and enhance your chances of success. How should you apply properly? How should you structure your CV? How can you make a strong impression with your cover letter? And in general: how and where do you find the best job opportunities?
